Andalusian government evicts 340 people due to fire in Niebla

The Andalusian government has issued an Es-Alert to evacuate 340 people from the areas of Berrocal, Marigenta, El Membrillo, and El Pozuelo due to the evolution of the wildfire in Niebla. This new evacuation adds to the 70 evacuated the day before, bringing the total number of people who have had to leave their homes to 410.
The Es-Alert, issued by the Andalusian government, orders residents in the areas affected by the wildfire in Niebla to leave their homes immediately. Andalusian President Juanma Moreno highlighted the complexity of the wildfire in Niebla, which has been hampered by successive changes in wind direction. The wildfire in Niebla has reached 4,000 hectares in extent, though not all of the surface has been burned. Currently, there are 500 personnel on the ground, including the Military Emergency Unit (UME), which has deployed 250 military personnel and 100 means in total.
The flames have disrupted traffic on several roads, with the HU-3106 road remaining closed from the La Peñuela junction to the La Florida junction, and the A-493 road between La Palma del Condado and Valverde del Camino. This afternoon, the HU-4103 and HU-5104 roads were also closed, from La Palma del Condado to the junction with El Berrocal.
According to the Andalusian government, the situation remains critical, and authorities are expected to continue monitoring the evolution of the wildfire and taking preventive measures to ensure the safety of residents in affected areas.
